Do I Need to go to Church to be a Christian?

It is possible to be a Christian without going to church but to really have a full relationship with God you do need to have relationships with other Christians and the easiest way to develop these is to go to your local church.

If you are thinking of going to church for the first time or are considering coming back to church after a break of some years you might like to read the following book.

Going to Church by John Pritchard
(Published by SPCK Publishing, May 2009, ISBN: 9780281058105)

‘Written by the Bishop of Oxford, this is a sometimes light-hearted look at what to expect for anyone considering attending church for the first time, or considering returning after a break.’
